I used to struggle with insomnia a lot at times! It's no fun wanting to desperately go to sleep after a long day and just not being able to get an inkling of rest no matter how many sheep you count! I hate sleeping pills or any pills at all for that matter! A natural solution was the only option for me but I was having trouble finding one One night, I was having one of those nights where I simply could not get to sleep!! I decided to go ahead and take my shower so that I could just start the day first thing in the morning. I took one of my 20-30 minute hot showers to relieve the stress from the day and try to relax. As soon as I got to bed I went to sleep in twenty minutes and felt so much better in the morning! Turns out, hot showers are also proven to really help you get some rest when you're dealing with insomnia or simply can't sleep!
